Welcome!

This website is dedicated to helping people either living in or planning to move to the Palm Springs area and needing to either sell or purchase a home. 

My name is Paul Taylor, and together with my partner of almost 29 years, I have lived and worked in the Palm Springs area for almost seven years.  We moved to the Palm Springs area from San Diego, California.  We visited Palm Springs often while living in San Diego and decided that this would be a perfect place to relocate our home.

I got into the real estate sales business in 2005.  I was looking for a different and interesting career change from being a Buyer for a college in San Diego.  My partner and I bought and sold residential property as well as rented homes in San Diego area.  We had some good and not so good experiences with real estate and mortgage sales people over the years.

Because of all this, I decided to develop a new career as a residential real estate sales person.  So, here we are five years later.

I invite you to look through my website.  I have included information (the tabs on the left column) for Sellers and Buyers.  I also have included a tab on local resources (the weblinks to the various cities, education institutions, and other areas of interest to people). 

As you can see from going through the website, I have a wealth of resources and information available to you whether you are a Seller or a Buyer.
